TKM Even Yehuda 30 years of Krav Maga
Just a little more than 30 years ago, and totaly by chance, I began teaching Krav Maga.
I didn't expect nor believed that this journey will go on for so many years and become eventually my life's work.
I have earned to reach the place I was probably destined to, to be a teacher and an educator.
I came to this place out of love for the martial arts and physical fitness and found out over the years that this is far more than that.
It is a place of good, a place of positive and empowering atmosphere, and a place where you truely can educate, teach values to students, can lead, to lend an attentive ear, to streangthen an empower each and every student. A place where you can go through tremendous and unforgettable experiences!
It has always been important to me to emphasize, that we are not a system nor an organization, nor an aftertoon activity nor a business. We are a FAMILY first and for most!!! It is important for us that students shall feel belonged, will learn in the professional way, but always in a positive, fun, pleasant atmosphere and with mutual respect. A family that comes from a place of good, from a position to do good, accept the other, to cherish and respect everyone, to train to sweat and to be forged together in a friendly and respectful manner, and to form true friendships.
I thank God for the privilege that it had bestowed upon me, to be in this place, to know and to accompany hundreds of practitioners for so many years, some from early childhood and today have families of their own.
In short - I am blessed!
I thank my parents for the values they have raised me on and for the personal example they have given me in hard work and integrity - the sky is the limit.
I thank my wife and kids for the understanding, the consideration and for coping with the many hours where dad is not home.
I thank my friends and partners along the way.
And especially I thank all my students. I love every one and one of you, I thank you for the trust you put in me for so many years and I hope and believe we shall have many more years together.
Be good, thank you.
